The cancel button can affect several balances at once. Establish which funds are treated as deposited cash and which remain tied to a promotion.
The displayed total is not enough
An account header may combine a deposit, promotional credit and winnings linked to that credit. Open the balance breakdown and transaction history. Promotions can spend these balances in different orders, so identical totals can have different cancellation outcomes.
Ask before confirming
Read the clauses on voluntary cancellation and unfinished wagering. Ask support to explain the outcome for your current account if the wording is unclear. Keep the written answer and a balance screenshot. An example from another promotion cannot establish the rules of your package.
Compare the resulting balance
After confirmation, inspect the ledger, withdrawable amount and promotion status. Quote the relevant transaction number if the result differs from the written explanation. Adding another deposit does not resolve a disputed deduction and makes the account history harder to interpret.

Check promotional eligibility separately
